Nathan Deal Judicial Center

Effective Friday, December 6, 2019, the Supreme Court of Georgia, the Reporter of Decisions, and the Office of Bar Admissions will be relocated from the Judicial Building and the 244 Washington Street Annex to the nearby Nathan Deal Judicial Center located at 330 Capitol Ave. S.E., Atlanta.

The move will not impact electronic filing.

The public phone numbers will remain the same at the new location, although you may experience intermittent phone unavailability on December 6 as the phones are transported to the new location.

Clerk’s Office Operations:
The Supreme Court Clerk’s Office on the fifth floor of the 244 Annex will continue to accept filings on December 6, but will be unable to issue certificates of good standing and certified copies, or provide public access to records.

Commencing on Monday, December 9, 2019, the Supreme Court Clerk’s Office will accept filings in the new Supreme Court Clerk’s Office located on the first floor of the Nathan Deal Judicial Center; however, the office will be unable to resume issuing certificates of good standing and certified copies, or provide public access to records until the following day.
