Chief Justice Harold D. Melton gave his third – and final – State of the Judiciary address to the Legislature on Tuesday, March 16 at the Georgia State Capitol. He said that during this past year, Georgia’s judges and courts have been “remarkably resilient, flexible, creative, and committed in their mission to uphold the law and mete out justice fairly and equitably.
