On November 21, 2019, the Supreme Court of Georgia will transfer its case management technology (SCED) to the new Nathan Deal Judicial Center. To accommodate this move the SCED system will not be available from 12:00 a.m. on November 21, 2019 until 8:00 a.m. on November 25, 2019. During this period, members of the bar and public will be unable to electronically file or view documents, view the docket, or use any of the functions of the Court’s SCED system. The Court’s website and email system will not be affected.
Because the SCED system will be unavailable, it is hereby ordered that a filing deadline that falls on Thursday, November 21, 2019 or Friday, November 22, 2019, will be due on Monday, November 25, 2019.
