Atlanta, July 23, 2019 – Justice Sarah H. Warren of the Supreme Court of Georgia has been elected to the American Law Institute, a national organization that produces scholarly work to clarify, modernize, and improve the law. The Philadelphia-based organization announced Monday that Justice Warren is one of 60 new members from around the country elected to the prestigious institute.

The American Law Institute is known for publishing Restatements of Law, Model Codes, and Principles of Law.

Justice Warren, 37, was appointed to Georgia’s highest court by former Gov. Nathan Deal and sworn in on Sept. 17, 2018. Prior to her appointment to the bench, she served as Solicitor General for the State of Georgia.
