The following memo details amendments to the Georgia Code of Judicial Conduct and the Rules of the Georgia Judicial Qualifications Commission that the Investigative Panel of the Commission is considering for proposal to the Supreme Court of Georgia. Before sending these proposed amendments to the Court, the Investigative Panel is seeking comments from the judiciary, members of the bar, and the public.
