The Supreme Court of Georgia is aware of recent instances of scammers emailing members of the public using the names of Court staff along with non-Court-affiliated email addresses. Please be aware that the Court DOES NOT send unsolicited emails threatening enforcement actions or demanding payment.
Do not send any money or share personal information in reply to these emails. Should you receive an email claiming to be from the Court that you wish to verify, you may contact the Supreme Court Clerk’s Office by phone at 404-656-3470 or the Public Information Office at 404-651-9385 during regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Eastern).
