5/14/15 – Code of Judicial Conduct Revised

In 2012, the Supreme Court of Georgia established a Study Committee to comprehensively review the Georgia Code of Judicial Conduct and to recommend appropriate revisions. The Study Committee met on numerous occasions. On November 21, 2014, the Court published a draft revised Code of Judicial Conduct and solicited comments on the draft from the bench, bar, and public.
