Chief Justice Michael P. Boggs delivered his third State of the Judiciary address to the General Assembly today in the House chambers of the Capitol.

The Chief Justice spoke about a variety of topics, including initiatives to increase access to legal services and improve the administration of justice, as well as the importance of an independent judiciary in preserving the rule of law.
