9/17/18 – JUSTICE SARAH H. WARREN SWORN IN

Atlanta, September 17, 2018 – Sarah H. Warren was sworn in today by Governor Nathan Deal as the newest Justice on the Supreme Court of Georgia. Justice Warren, the former Solicitor General of Georgia, fills the vacancy left by Britt Grant, who recently began serving as a federal judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Justice Warren’s husband, Blaise Warren, stood by her side as the Governor administered the oath of office in the House Chamber of the State Capitol.
