Atlanta, Aug. 26, 2025—The Supreme Court of Georgia’s Study Committee on Legal Regulatory Reform is seeking public comment regarding its final report.
Created in August 2024, the study committee was tasked with examining the Court’s regulation of the practice of law and ways that changes in regulatory practices might help address the state’s civil justice gap, which prevents many rural or low-income Georgians from accessing legal representation in non-criminal matters.
