The Office of the Clerk is responsible for maintaining all case files and tracking the progress of cases through the Supreme Court. If you are an attorney or party in a case pending before the Court, please contact the Clerk's Office at (404) 656-3470. The Clerk's Office does not accept email inquiries.

Please note that Court staff cannot interpret the law or decisions of this Court, provide legal advice, recommend an attorney, or bring to the Justices' attention your concerns about a particular case pending before the Court.
