The Honorable Supreme Court met pursuant to adjournment.

The following order was passed:
It is ordered that Section 1 of Article V, Meetings, of the By-Laws of the Institute of Continuing Judicial Education be amended to read as follows:

“Meetings of the Board shall be at such time and place as the Chairman may determine or upon written request of three members. The Board shall, in any event, meet no less than four times annually and shall meet for elections and other purposes at the State Bar Annual Meeting, when such meeting is conducted within the geographic boundaries of Georgia. Notices of all meetings other than the “annual” shall be given at least seven days in advance thereof. Notice shall include the time and place of said meeting.”
