It is now possible to make on-line purchases of certificates of admission and good standing, Supreme Court opinions, certified copies of Supreme Court opinions, pay Court costs and order miscellaneous copies using Paypal.

• Certificate of Admission and Good Standing - $3.00 - Certifies when an attorney was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Georgia.
• Supreme Court Opinion - $5.00 - Written decision of the Supreme Court
• Certified Copy of Opinion - $8.00 - Certifies that the attached copy of a Supreme Court decision is true, correct and official. (For certified copies of other Court records please call the Clerk’s Office (404) 656-3470.)
• Court Filing Fee: All criminal cases and habeas corpus cases for persons who are incarcerated - $80.00
• Court Filing Fee: All civil cases - $300.00

It is now possible to order miscellanous copies from the Supreme Court and remit payment through Paypal.     Either call the Clerk's Office (404-656-3470) and speak with Santina Tate or you may e-mail (scpayment@gasupreme.us) the office for copying assistance and costs.

After the copying cost has been determined, you will be given instructions how to pay through Paypal.
