In August, 2010 the Supreme Court began implementation of the Supreme Court Case Management/Electronic Filing (SCED) system and amended its Rules to allow for electronic filing for registered attorneys. On June 12, 2013, the Court acknowledged that the implementation of the e-filing project has been successful and now amends it Rules further to mandate that all matters filed by attorneys after August 1, 2013, be filed electronically, unless the attorney is granted an exemption.
