A Reciprocity or Court of Last Resort Certificate, which must be completed by the highest court in the state, is a form issued by another state when you are applying for admission to the bar of that jurisdiction. It is different from a Certificate of Good Standing. Please send the form to be completed in a letter to the attention of Tia Milton, Chief Deputy Clerk and also include:
Your full name
Your telephone number and mailing address
Your bar number.
A letter from the State Bar of Georgia containing your disciplinary history. [Contact Deloise Mathews at (404) 526-8627.] This letter should not be more than 30 days old.
A self-addressed stamped envelope.
