12-18-14 – GOVERNOR DEAL SWEARS IN SUPREME COURT JUSTICES

On Dec. 18, 2014, Governor Nathan Deal swore in Presiding Justice P. Harris Hines, Justice Robert Benham, and Justice Keith R. Blackwell of the Supreme Court of Georgia. All three justices were reelected May 20, 2014 in the non-partisan election.

6/19/14 – NOTICE TO THE BAR

Atlanta, June 19, 2014 – For the benefit of litigants, beginning July 1st, convenience fees for using credit cards to pay filing costs in both the Supreme Court of Georgia and the Court of Appeals of Georgia will drop from $15 to $10.
