ATTORNEY ADMISSION INFORMATION
Admission Form
Oath
The Supreme Court of Georgia allows out-of-state attorneys to be admitted in absentia.
Two items are required:
Our admission form. Print your name and sign where provided and add the names of two attorneys, already admitted to this Court, who know you and will sign endorsing your character, and
The oath to be administered to you by a Judge of a court of record, with your signed affirmation and the Judge's attestation.
Complete the two items and forward them to this office along with the in absentia admission fee of $50.00.
Upon receipt, we will prepare a license showing you are admitted to this Court on the date they are received here.
Please note, the first time you are back in Georgia, you must make an appointment with this Office to sign the Roll Book for Attorneys.
If you have any questions, please contact the Clerk's Office at 404-656-3470.
